M/LLost Property Stall
This Friday 22 November, a Lost Property Stall will be set up outside the Student Services Office. Students should take this opportunity to recover their lost items during this time. Come and visit the store to see if their missing/lost item is among the items.
The following Friday, on 29 November, between 8:15am and 9am, any un-named and unclaimed item will be available for a gold coin donation. All monies will go towards the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal.
College Christmas Concert 🎄
Join us at our College Christmas Concert on Wednesday 27 November at 5pm, at the College soccer pitch! All families are invited and welcome to bring a picnic. The FoS Executive Team has also organised food trucks to be on-site!
The College grounds will be open by 4:00pm for families to set themselves up to enjoy their family picnics. At 4:45pm, students will make their way to their Learning Spaces to get ready for their respective Concert items.
Please note there there will be 2 seating sections marked out:
- Front Section (closer to stage) - for low chairs and picnic blankets
- Rear Section - for standard-sized camping chairs
Please exercise patience and courtesy when taking photograms of the performances, by remaining seated of moving to the back so as not to obstruct others who are watching the concert.
Kindly also note that children should be supervised at all times. They should not be playing on play equipment while the concert is in session. If Secondary students are attending, they will need to remain with their families. Unsupervised Secondary students at other parts of the College will be asked to leave for the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.
This is a non-alcoholic event.

Student reports for Pre-Primary to Year 10 can be accessed on SEQTA Engage at the end of the term. Please ensure you can access the system prior by clicking here and entering your username and password.

Keyed Up Music Recitals
On Wednesday 20 November, recitals will be held for students who participate in guitar and drum lessons.
On Monday 25th November, recitals will be held for students who participate in piano lessons.
These will be held in the Covered Assembly Space from 3:15pm to 4:00pm.
2024 Hugh Jones' Christmas Card Competition
The 2024 Hugh Jones Christmas Card Competition is on now, giving artists at every level in our community the chance to have their work featured on the official 2024 Hugh Jones Christmas Card, which he sends out to hundreds of residents across Darling Range each year.
Winners will be selected from three age groups: 3-8 years, 9-13 years and 14 years plus (yes, this year even adults can get in on the competition!) and the winner in each age group will claim a $200 gift card to spend however they wish, and have their artwork featured on the official 2024 Hugh Jones Christmas Card.
Entry is free, simply complete the attached entry form, get creative and submit your artwork by the deadline at 4pm on Thursday, 28 November 2024.
