Notifications on the nForma App

When the school sends out a notice, if you have the "nForma for Parents" App set up on your phone, you should receive a notification directing you to look at the message.

 

If you haven't set up the app yet, you will receive an email telling you that a message is waiting for you on the app.

 

Some parents have contacted the school to say that they are not receiving notifications. If this is the case...

 

1. Check your settings and make sure you have enabled notifications

2. Uninstall and reinstall the app. When you reinstall the app, please look for the prompt asking whether you allow notifications for this app - you need to accept this.

New Parent App - nForma For Parents

This is a reminder that St John's is no longer using Flexi Schools to communicate electronically with parents. We are now using the nForma for Parents App, which is also the app through which student reports will be shared electronically with parents.
