Butterflies 

We had a male and female butterfly emerge. This is how we know if it's a boy.It will have a dot on its two inner wings corners at the bottem.

Monarch Butterfly

We had two female Monarch Butterflies.  One named Flappy and one named Sunshine. We let them free on the 25/11/24.

It was great that we got the chance to watch the butterflies grow.

Every day we see one Monarch Butterfly in the playground. They are amazing creatures.

Gender Reveal

We enjoyed watching the butterflies grow and change from a chrysalis to a beautiful butterfly. We were very sad that we had to let the butterflies go.

Butterflies

We learned and looked after some Monarch Butterflies. We had a boy and a girl. It was really exciting when they emerged.
