Deaf Facility

Loud Shirt Day

Loud Shirt Day is a global campaign, which supports children with hearing loss.

This year BPS is celebrating Loud Shirt Day on Thursday November 28

Students are invited to wear a brightly coloured shirt or t-shirt to celebrate this day. We request that sports shirts and vests are saved for another day. Staff are also encouraged to ‘Wear it Loud’.

There will be prizes for the classes with the ‘loudest’ shirt.

Donations can be made using the QR code on the flyer below.

All proceeds go to NextSense, where many of our Deaf and Hard of Hearing students completed their early education.

Nick Layton, an Australian Swimmer and Ambassador for Deaf Children Australia, has been invited to speak with all the students in the school.

We look forward to seeing everyone looking loud and fabulous,

The Deaf Facility Team
