Our students had a very successful day at the recent Black Ranges Track and Field Carnival held in Stawell. Congratulations to all students who participated.
Well done to James Burton who broke the record in the 16 years Triple Jump event, jumping 11.68 metres.
A number of students will go on to compete at the Greater Western Region carnival, held in Ballarat in October.
We congratulate St Brigid's College Year 12 student, Jorja Clode, who will be making her Victorian Netball League (VNL) debut tonight! She will be playing in the under 23 Bendigo Strikers team, which is an amazing effort as a 16 year old.
This is a fantastic result for Jorja and her family and reward for effort and continual travelling to training in Bendigo each weekend. Congratulations Jorja!
We had a number of students compete in the Black Ranges Cross Country event last week, many of who will advance and run in the Greater Western Region event held in Warrnambool in May. Well done to all participants!
