PRAYER

Dear loving Father,

As we gather here at the beginning of Term 2, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to serve our students and community once again. We thank you for the rest and rejuvenation of the holiday break, and for the chance to reconnect with loved ones and reflect on the blessings in our lives.

As we embark on this new term, we ask for your guidance and wisdom to lead us in our roles as educators and mentors. Help us to inspire and support our students, to nurture their growth academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Grant us patience and understanding as we face challenges and obstacles along the way, and fill us with courage and resilience to overcome them. May we always strive for excellence and seek opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally.

Bless our school community with unity, compassion, and kindness, and help us to foster an environment where all feel valued, respected, and safe.

We entrust this new term into your hands, Lord, and ask for your grace to accompany us each step of the way. May your light shine through us as we work together to make a positive difference in the lives of our students and colleagues.

In your name we pray,

Amen.

A call to all parents and families.  We are currently accepting enrolments for the Sacrament of Reconciliation 2024

The Sacrament of Reconciliation for 2024, will commence on Tuesday 14th May.  This is a four-week program culminating in the students receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time on June 11th.  Students are required to have been baptized before taking part in the Sacramental program and it usually involves students in Year 3 and above.

The program will be run on consecutive Tuesdays commencing on May 14th, and continuing on 21st, 28th and June 4th.  The sessions run for approximately 45 minutes.  St Francis staff will assist with the program that is run on behalf of the parish.  It is expected that the students will be accompanied by a parent or carer, as it is a family based program with follow-up work to be completed during the week.
