From the School Office

Term 2 School Fees

Term 2 statements were emailed to all families on Monday.  If you have not received your statement please check your spam/junk folders alternatively contact the office at

office@saclaytonsth.catholic.edu.au

Instalment 2 of $537.50 is now overdue.

Year 5/6 Camp of $350 is due to be paid by 21st May.

The school will email each family a statement of school fees at the start of each term. The statement serves as a reminder for families who are still behind, provides a record of payments since the last statement was issued and to show the balance left to be paid for the year. Unfortunately, we cannot personalise the wording on the email to suit each family. You will get a statement each term even if you are up-to-date with your payments or are on a payment plan.

Please note: When you are making payment through our school account - please use your ACOUNT ID and surname, so we can allocate your payment to the correct account.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) Applications

Parents/carers wishing to apply for CSEF payments for 2024 must submit their application form and a copy of your Health Care Card to the school office before 24th June 2024.

Lateness to School

We have a number of students who are constantly late to school each morning. We would like to remind all parents/carers that it is a requirement by law, to ensure that your child is on time and at school each day and to provide a satisfactory explanation of absence.

Up to Date Information

It is important that the school has up to date contact details in the event that your child becomes ill at school. Children often become distressed when we are unable to contact their parents/carers and it is imperative we have current details on our system.  Please email us at office@saclaytonsth.catholic.edu.au to update your details.

Working With Children

This year will will have many opportunities for families to help support and be part of school activities such as Parent Helpers, Excursions

and  P&F events. Due to Child Safety Standard no one can help at school events with students present without a  current Working with Children.
