Around the Classrooms

Year 3/4W

In 3/4W our inquiry unit for this term is ‘Energy is an Exciting and Engaging Adventure.’ In class we have been investigating the physical science of the world. In particular we have been learning about the different forces that impact us daily such as push, pull, gravity and friction. 

The students have investigated the impact of these forces on toys and explained how the forces act upon them. They have also played a game of tug of war using our hands and holding our jumpers to investigate the impact of friction.
