Entering absences on Compass

 Compass settings have been updated so that parents can only input single full day absences or multiple full day absences. 

If you need to enter a partial or half day absence, please contact the office by phone call or email, providing the name of your child, your child’s home group, the day and time of late arrival/early departure and a brief description of the absence reason. If your child arrives at school after 9.00am, they must come to the office to get an arrival pass, regardless whether or not an absence note has already been entered to account for the lateness. 

If you need to collect your child earlier than 3:30pm, we ask that you come to the office rather than collecting your child directly from the classroom. 

Our office staff will call your child/ren to the office and sign them out once they witness you departing with them.
