Round Square Week

In Week 4, we celebrated our status as a Round Square school through a variety of fun activities.

During Tutor Group on Wednesday, students went on a Scavenger Hunt around the school. Then, during Periods 3 and 4, some of our Year 12 students led the Year 7s and 8s in an energetic Dance-a-thon.

On Thursday, a group of students participated in an Adventure Race around the school grounds competing in a relay of bike riding, donut eating, rock climbing, a blind-folded obstacle course, basketball, a picture scramble puzzle, and a three-legged race. Everyone gave it their all, but Flynn emerged victorious.

Then a small group of students learned how to make pizzas in a sustainable way, discussing the prevalence of food waste in our world and how we can work to use the food we already have at home to make a super delicious, quick, and easy meal.
