Food Tech Cafe

The Stage 1 Food and Hospitality students hosted a Pop Up Cafe event on Thursday 23 May as part of their third assessment.

In four groups, the students designed and tasted recipes for a two-course meal, culminating in the production of a lovely experience for those attending.
