Semester 2 Reports
Semester 2 Reports will be published tomorrow, Friday 12th December, 2025 via the nForma app. Please follow these instructions for how to access your child's report.
The purpose of the report is to formally report student achievement and progress to parents/carers, and to report directly against the Victorian Curriculum F-10 Achievement Standards.
Achievement in the Victorian Curriculum domains is marked using an A-E scale as required by the Commonwealth Government.
A student who has achieved the ‘C’ rating indicates that he or she has met the state wide standards.

Our ‘Target Skills’ are a checklist of skills that are of focus in your child’s learning throughout the semester. These skills are taken directly from the Achievement Standards and assist classroom teachers in the marking of your child’s achievement against the Victorian Curriculum.
When assessing Target Skills, the following scale of achievement is used:
Not Yet Evident | Beginning | Developing | Achieved | Above Standard |
No evidence of the skill | Beginning to show the skill with/without support | Displays elements of the skill independently | Displays the skill consistently and independently | Displays the skill consistently and independently above the standard |
The report also includes written overviews of what has been taught in the various Curriculum Areas, including Specialist Areas, as well as a general comment on your child’s social and emotional skills.
