At Glen Waverley Primary School, we believe that wellbeing is a shared journey—and that the most meaningful growth happens when students, families and teachers walk the path together.
This year, our students are engaging in weekly lessons with The Resilience Project, exploring four key pillars that help build resilience and emotional wellbeing: Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness, and Emotional Literacy. These practices aren’t just classroom activities—they’re life skills that support positive mental health, help children connect meaningfully with others, and strengthen their capacity to bounce back from challenges.

By visiting the Hub, you’ll find:
Together, we’re creating a consistent, supportive wellbeing culture that extends from the classroom into the home. Whether it’s pausing for a moment of mindfulness before dinner, expressing gratitude at the end of the day, or helping our children name and navigate their emotions, every small practice makes a big difference.
