This week each year level participated in an information session on bullying, facilitated by Victoria Police. The session aimed to educate students on the importance of recognising and addressing bullying in various forms. The content of the session was based on the 'ThinkUKnow' program, which provides resources to promote respectful behaviour and digital safety. Through engaging discussions, the program helped raise age-appropriate awareness about the impact of bullying and offered practical strategies for preventing and dealing with bullying both online and in person.

R U OK? Day is a special day when we check in with our friends, family, and classmates to see how they’re feeling. It’s all about asking a simple question: “Are you OK?”
Sometimes, people feel sad, lonely, or upset, and it’s important to know that it’s okay to talk about how we feel. By asking someone “Are you OK?”, we show that we care about them and are here to listen.
R U OK day is upcoming on Thursday September 11th, we will be facilitating lessons throughout the day and in the lead up to build awareness of checking in on our wellbeing.
We’re all here to help each other, and even small conversations can make someone’s day brighter.
