Junior School Update

From the knives, forks, dinner plates, chairs, books, frames and vases, our junior students had an absolute ball at our production of Beauty and the Beast. It was a magical experience that will be treasured by our junior students for years to come.

Here are some highlights from our little super stars…

  • I loved watching everyone else do their songs - James

YEAR 2H

  •  It was amazing, though I was nervous to go on stage. My book was King Arthur, and Belle pretended to read my book. My favourite part of Beauty and the Beast was when I went on stage and saw my little sister waving from the crowd. I also loved singing to ‘Be Our Guest’ at the end of the show. It was fun performing on stage as books - Lucia
  • I was nervous to go on stage. My heart was pounding. It was kind of exciting, but when our class was up, I felt sick in the stomach. We were on the right staircase. We were walking on stage… But when I was on there, nothing bad happened. So, our whole class sang and danced. I also got to see my family, but later it was my favourite bit.. The FINALE!!! So when we took our bows, I felt happy. After the show, I saw my parents, and I was never going to forget this day! - Andre.

YEAR 2C

  • My favourite part was when we spun around in the dance. One of the funny parts was when Madame de la Grande Bouche threw her undies in the air. I loved when my family came to watch me. – Evie
  • I really enjoyed dancing and singing! My favourite part was when I saw my family and my mum’s friend. I loved it when I got to do our bows and sing Be Our Guest. It was really funny when I saw the undies! – Arabella
