Term 4 - ‘Journeys’  

This term, students are focusing on Religious Education and Inquiry topics centered around the theme of ‘Journeys.’ This theme explores stories from the Bible, examining the cultural and historical context of each story while drawing comparisons to our world today. Students will also explore pilgrimages, considering their spiritual significance and how they connect people to their faith. Students are also studying Geography, exploring our connections to different places. As we move later into the term, we will enter the season of Advent, where students will delve into the story of the Nativity and the birth of Jesus - an important journey in the history of our faith!

Middle Level Class Participation in Mass

This term, each Grade 3/4 class will have the opportunity to participate in a Mass, taking the lead in the readings and prayers on the day. The dates are as follows: 

• 3/4GO - Wednesday 23 October 9:15am
• 3/4FO - Wednesday 30 October 9:15am

Following the Mass, students and their families are invited to join for morning tea in the Church meeting room. We kindly ask each family to contribute a small plate of food to share. 

A special congratulations to 3/4TR, who led this week’s Mass and did a wonderful job. Thank you to all families for joining us!
