Welcome to the final week of Term 3 ... and to Spring and some warmer weather.

Writing:

This week's writing focus was using the word 'but' to create a compound sentence.  The students were given the first part of the sentence which they then had to expand on.  Some students went further than that and gave an explanation of what happened next.

Maths:

The students enjoyed using an Abacus to support them with their subtraction activities last week.

A big well done to all of our students who displayed our 3 values of Responsibility, Resilience and Respect during our excursion to the movies.  Ms Hendriks and I were super proud of the way you represented our school.

Enjoy your 2 weeks off and we look forward to more fun learning opportunities in Term 4.
