Ms Sara You and Mrs Sidney Park

Students have worked hard this term on their given topics, Stage 1 - School, Stage 2 - Weather and Seasons, Stage 3 - Dream house. They are now focusing on consolidating their learning throughout the term by working on individual/group projects.

Stage 1 students are currently creating a bilingual map of a school that they have designed. They are using various craft materials to create a school map and labelling each facility in Korean (or romanised Korean) and in English.

Stage 2 students are creating a weather forecast poster which will be used for their weather forecast reporting. They are embedding a number of weather report features on their posters with bilingual labels to demonstrate their understanding on new vocabulary and sentences in Korean.

Stage 3 students are designing their dream houses, incorporating the features of the Korean traditional houses. They are putting their building designs, floor plans and interior designs together with some labels in both Korean (romanised Korean) and English.
