The Mystery Sheep Solved!

By Thea and Mehar Year 5

Mehar and I love the sheep with all our hearts and they are a part of the Holy Cross family and so we welcome our visitor Brownie with open arms.

When we got back from the holidays we were so excited to see our sheep and were shocked to find another! Luckily we have found his owners so he will be going back to his home down the road shortly. We hope he enjoyed his time visiting us.

The sheep’s names are: Lily (the one with dot on her chest), Jack (the sheep with horn), Annabelle (the distant sheep) and our visitor Brownie (brown).

Lily is the most friendly,  she is a girl and loves everyone she meets. Call her name and she will come running enthusiastically looking for food. She loves a treat, like apples and any other fruit. She also loves grass. If you are lucky you might get to pat her as she comes over to say hello.

UNITED NETBALL CLUB

The United Netball Club AGM will be held at the Macedon Ranges Netball Complex on Thursday the 24th of October at 7pm.

A minimum of 2 people from each of the 2024 winter season teams are required to attend, however everyone is welcome with no commitment to join the committee. If you have a child interested in joining the club in 2025 please feel free to come along and listen.

Many of our committee members will be moving on. In order for our great little club to continue we will need some new people to join the committee.

We’d love to see as many people there as possible!

If you would like any information on committee roles, please email secretary.unitednetball@gmail.com
