Music  

It has been a very busy second half of the term in music! We had a fantastic time performing at our Spring Concert, a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together. We welcomed other groups to perform for us at school. Last Week we also enjoyed a Musica Viva performance called Timmy and the Breakfast Band. It was wonderful to see these professional musicians in action. We especially enjoyed the acrobatic elements of the show! This week, MacKillop College brought music and dance students to perform for us. A good chance to check out what is on offer for the arts at high school. 

In music class, we were busy with bucket drumming, cup rhythms, exploring the Incredibox beatboxing app, as well as movement activities involving making a Human Machine, and being marionette puppets.
