Battling the elements at Mt Buller

Last week, a group of intrepid Northcote High students braved the elements and embarked on a ski trip to Mt Buller. Despite challenging conditions with poor snow and strong winds, the students demonstrated remarkable resilience and had a fantastic time.

The trip was primarily attended by Year 11 students, with a few eager Year 10s joining the adventure. Despite the less-than-ideal snow conditions, the students made the most of their time on the slopes. They tackled challenging terrain, improved their skiing and snowboarding skills, and enjoyed the camaraderie of their peers.

Despite the challenges posed by the weather, the students' spirits remained high. They embraced the opportunity to experience the thrill of winter sports, even in less-than-perfect conditions. The trip was a memorable experience that will undoubtedly create lasting friendships and memories for our students.
