Aussie Of the Month
| Our Aussie of the Month is Ella C of 2H. Ella is an empathetic, energetic and vibrant student who always comes to school switched on and ready to learn. She is a kind and supportive friend and consistently displays all of the POPS school values. Ella prides herself in completing extension tasks and group challenges in the classroom and uses her initiative to solve problems. She is an excellent contributor in classroom discussions and encourages and expands upon the ideas of others. Ella shows incredible compassion towards others and this is shown in her love of animals and her passion for supporting people with disabilities. She has even taught the class some sign language and speaks passionately about treating people equally. Ella’s incredible kindness was clearly shown when she chose to raise money for the Pettet Foundation last Halloween, rather than collecting lollies. Ella is an outstanding role model and a worthy recipient of this special award. Congratulations Ella! |
