Year Five/Six News
We have had a busy few weeks in Year 5/6. We had St. Johns Ambulance join us for a First Aid session. Students played games, shared their knowledge and practised chest compressions.
Last week our Year 5 students headed off to Roses Gap for an action packed camp. Students participated in exciting and challenging activities that encouraged them to show our school values of Kindness, Courage and Respect all while supporting their peers and working together during team building tasks.
Our students also participated in the SEDA program ran by high school students. SEDA College is an independent, co-educational Years 11 and Year 12 school, empowering students through their passion for sport. Our Year 5/6 students were lucky enough to participate in rotations ran by the student coaches.
