From the Principal

Shane Davoren

Dear Parents and Friends,

Concert

Yesterday, all students had the opportunity to try on their concert costume during their Performing Arts lesson with Cathy. This generated a lot of excitement. In recent weeks students have been learning songs and dances for the concert which will take place on the evening of 23 October at Forest Hill Secondary College. We hope you have this date in your calendars. Get excited!!

First Eucharist

Last Sunday four students from Year 4 took part in the sacrament of First Eucharist at St. Christopher's Church. This completes the process of initiation into the Catholic Church for these students. First Holy Eucharist or Communion, that is, sharing in the 'body and blood' of the Lord at Mass (Eucharist) with the the rest of the community at the Table of the Lord, is a sign of belonging fully to that community. Congratulations to Sophie Desperles, David Ferando, David DeLa Cruz and Naomi Thomas.
