2026 Tuition Fees & Finance Information
Important: Updated Payment Schedule:
For the 2026 school year, tuition fees are structured into 10 monthly instalments.
- Due Date: All payments are due on the 21st of each month.
Commencement: The first instalment was due 21st February 2026. If you have missed this payment reminders will be sent and your prompt payment is appreciated
Note on Outstanding Balances: Your monthly instalment amount is calculated based on 2026 fees and any existing credits (Example 1). If you have an outstanding balance from previous periods, please manually add this amount to your monthly payment, as it is not included in the automated "recommended instalment" figure (Example 2).
Preferred Payment Method: BPay
While other methods remain available, BPay is now our preferred payment method for all families.
- Where to find details: Your unique BPay Biller Code and Reference Number are located on your monthly statement.
- Transitioning from ADIG: As per the Principal’s 2026 Fee Schedule letter, families currently utilising the ADIG direct debit facility are asked to cancel this arrangement and replace it with scheduled BPay payments through your own banking portal.
Monthly Statements
Statements are emailed during the first week of every month from the Armidale Catholic Schools Office.
- Missing Statements: If you are not receiving these emails, please check your junk/spam folders.
- Search Tip: Search your inbox for @arm.catholic.edu.au to ensure our communications are marked as safe.
