Facilities Update 

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news about the recent enhancements to our beautiful school! Over the recent school holidays, we have been hard at work to create a vibrant and conducive learning environment for our students, teachers, and staff.

We are delighted to unveil a stunning transformation that encompasses painting all classrooms, new classroom furniture, installing new flooring, revamping our Front Office and updating signage across the school.

Freshly painted classrooms

Step into our classrooms, and you'll be greeted by a neutral colour palette that allows our students' energy and creativity to shine within our school. We have meticulously painted all classrooms to create an inspiring atmosphere for our students. Each room now showcases a fresh new look, fostering an environment that stimulates curiosity and imagination. The neutral colours contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment. We have also updated our furniture in Rooms 8 and 9 with new tables and chairs, along with new chairs in Rooms 10, 12 and 14, and new furniture in our Japanese Specialist Subject room. 

Revamped Flooring for Comfort and Durability

As part of our commitment to providing the best facilities for our students, we have invested in brand-new flooring throughout the upstairs corridor of the school. The upgraded flooring not only adds a touch of modern elegance but also ensures durability, safety, and ease of maintenance. Students can now walk, play, and learn on floors designed for both comfort and longevity. We believe that a comfortable and secure environment is paramount to fostering a love for learning, and our new flooring reflects that dedication.

Welcoming Front Office

Our Front Office is the face of Modbury School P-6, and we've given it a makeover to reflect the warm and inclusive spirit that defines our school community. We know that you will feel welcomed and have a strong sense of connection to our school and values when you come in. 

New Signage

Last year saw the introduction of new signage and we have redefined this to remove the Dental Clinic from our school map. This new signage enhances the aesthetics and improves navigation for parents, students, and visitors. Clear, informative, and in harmony with our school's identity, the new signage is a visual representation of our commitment to providing a welcoming environment for everyone who enters our school.

School Values Across the Site

The school values that define Modbury School P-6 have been carefully integrated into the fabric of our school.
