How much will Mullauna College receive and what will the funds be used for?

Mullauna will receive $225.00 per student attending Mullauna College in the 2023 school year.

Funds can only be used for the cost of Camps, Sports and Excursions, this excludes Uniform items - including sports uniform, School fees, curriculum consumables, voluntary charges, School Formals and Debutante Balls.

Unused funds remain with the child, while they are attending Mullauna College and are rolled over each year.

If your child transfers to another secondary school in Victoria, the funds will be transferred directly to that school.

In cases where a sibling remains at Mullauna College, these funds are transferred to the sibling to use for Camps, sports and excursions.

CSEF funds are not transferable to, families, students, interstate secondary schools, TAFEs or universities.

CSEF and Shared Custody

The payment system only allows one application per student. Parents in Shared Custody situations (who both hold concession cards) must make the decision beforehand who applies for the CSEF at the School on behalf of their children.

The CSEF is for the benefit of the parent who is in receipt of the CSEF.

Schools should not be put into the position of arbitrating this decision.

The college's preferred method of payment is through the COMPASS Parent Portal. An EFT payment facility is available at the General office. If making a cash payment please ensure that the correct amount is presented to the office.  The school office is unable to give change.
