As we embark on another year, it brings immense joy to share the heart-warming highlights of our Prep students' first week at school. It's been a week filled with excitement, new experiences, as well as the beautiful beginnings of new friendships as our young learners were warmly welcomed into the St Kevin's family.

One of the most anticipated events of the week was the introduction of our Prep students to their buddies. The bond formed between buddies and Preps is truly special in nurturing a sense of belonging and fostering a supportive environment right from the start.

Our very first buddy session was a STEM challenge using spaghetti and playdough to construct our own creations. We had so much fun being creative and channelling our inner imagination (with the fantastic company of our lovely 5/6 buddies!). 

As we reflect on the first week of school, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible support and dedication of our staff, students, and families. Together, we have created a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.

Thank you to our entire St Kevin's community for making this first week truly memorable. Here's to a fantastic year ahead!
