Senior Netball

The senior boys and girls netball teams hit the court with enthusiasm and drive on Thursday 25th July. With some difficult teams to face, our teams were ready.

Our girls faced Surf Coast Secondary in their first game, with a very backwards and forwards game, we came away with a four-goal loss. This wasn’t going to put a stop to our senior girls.

We then played Grovedale, showing our determination, we came away with our first win of the day. We then came up against Oberon, demonstrating our skills and team work to beat them with a nice margin.

Our boys did exceptionally well too. In the first game they came up against Geelong High, very similar to our girls, they came away with a four-goal loss. They then played Bellarine, showing their skills, they came away with a win.

Although neither team made it through to the finals, they consistently showed their passion, determination and we look forward to seeing what our senior teams can achieve next year.
