Join Us for a Q&A Night with Our Principals!

Dear Parents,

We are excited to invite you to a special Q & A Night with Mat Montebello and Lisa Leydin!  This is a wonderful opportunity to hear about and discuss the engaging topics many of you have submitted through the anonymous questionnaire in Term 2.

📅 Date: Tuesday, July 30th  

🕠 Time: 5:30pm - 8:30pm  

📍 Location: Titanic on Nelson, 1 Nelson Place, Williamstown

This evening is designed to foster open communication and strengthen our school community. Your presence and participation are highly encouraged and appreciated.

We've had a few questions about whether kids are welcome to attend - absolutely! While this event is intended for adults only, if you're unable to find childcare arrangements, we welcome you to bring your children along. We'd much rather have you join us with your kids, than not attend at all.

Let's come together to share our thoughts, ask questions, and support each other in nurturing the youngest minds at our school.

Step into the spotlight and join us for an unforgettable evening at the Willy Primary Trivia Night on Saturday, August 3rd at the Italian Social Club. Get ready to rock out with fellow parents, enjoy some friendly competition, and make memories that will have everyone talking!

This is your night to shine without the little ones in tow. Enjoy great conversations, delicious drinks, and a rockin' good time in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Schedule:

6:30 PM: Arrival

7:30 PM: Eyes down, pens up

11:30 PM: Bar closes

In addition to the thrilling trivia rounds, the night will feature:

• Door prizes
• Exciting games
• Delicious finger food
• Refreshing drinks
• Dance-worthy tunes

When booking, make sure to include the names of friends you'd like to sit with, or better yet, buy a whole table to ensure you're seated with your favourite people!

Feel free to channel your inner rock star or pop idol with a fabulous costume, or simply add a touch of musical flair to your favourite outfit. A sequin glove or a pair of cool sunnies can go a long way!

How to Purchase Tickets:

1. To purchase individual tickets, select the desired number of tickets, add any food options, and then click 'Check Out'.
2. Enter your details in 'Booking Information'. In the 'Table Selection', write the names of friends or the grade/class you'd like to be seated with.
3. To purchase a table, select 10 individual tickets, and it will automatically create a complete table.

Ticket sales close at 10 AM on Monday, July 29th, 2024.

Food Options: Included in your ticket price is an antipasto platter and a welcome drink upon arrival. You can enjoy additional nibbles throughout the evening by selecting from the options below (for an additional cost). Platters will be served at staggered times during the event.

Cheese platter $30 (feeds approximately 3 people)

Fruit platter $18 (feeds approximately 3 people)

Chicken tenderloins, served with sweet chilli sauce $25 (12 pieces)

Chipolata sausages $25 (15 pieces)

Pepperoni pizza $28 (12 slices)

Vegetarian pizza $28 (12 slices)

Vanilla bean cannoli $24 (12 pieces)

Please Note: All food must be pre-purchased through CompassTix. Drinks can be purchased on-site. No BYO food or drink.
