SPANISH

It has been wonderful joining the staff of Grayling Primary School and working in the specialist team teaching Spanish.

Over the last two weeks, we have been practising basic greetings, listening to popular children’s songs in Spanish and building basic sentences using Dualingo.

We designed our own soccer jersey following the Spanish win in the euros at the start of term and looked at the design of the Spanish flag as a source of inspiration.

Junior classes learned about the Spanish names for colours while senior classes began experimenting with building basic sentences after learning about the verb ‘to be’ or ‘ser’ in Spanish.
