OSHC Educator Day – Wednesday 31st July 2024
Thank you everyone for the lovely messages for Educator Week.
We celebrated with the children that afternoon with cake and games.
The team feel really appreciated and love working with you all.
Expiry Dates and Card Details Changes
Can families please make sure to let us know of any changes to the Card details you use for our direct debit system.
We have found some families have had their cards expire or have had replacement cards and have forgotten to let us know and payments are being rejected.
We have also found some families are having issues with banks not excepting our payments due to banking changes.
Let us know if you need to update your details and we can email you a new form to complete.
Permanent cancellation of Bookings Notification
We are finding families are having grandparents coming to stay and are needing to change their bookings or delete bookings for a period of time or ongoing.
We require a 2 weeks’ notice for cancellation/deleting of permanent bookings to allow us to work staffing requirements.
It is also important that if you are completely cancelling all of your bookings that your child attends on the last day to ensure you receive the full deductions from CCS as they will only pay till the last day your child has attended.
If you need any clarification with any of this please ask the OSHC team.
