Book Week
As a Campus we annually celebrate Book Week, with a parade every second year. This year we will have a visiting performance but no parade. You can save your creative costume ideas for next year.
Perform Education will present their upcoming show Maybe a Miracle on Monday 19th August:
This performance for students across Campus will take place during the school day.
Pedal Prix
It was an exciting day for the Campus Pedal Prix team as we finally took ownership of our new trike thanks to the City of Onkaparinga Grants Program as well as our major team sponsor GoSunny Solar. The carbon fibre trike has already proven to be faster, lighter and adaptable. A lot of hard work has been put in by the entire team for us to be able to purchase this state of the art trike.
Campus Tornadoes riders Emilie, Leo, Charlize and Tobias continued to show their determination and resilience as they took to the track in Stinger at the Shell-V Power Motorsport Park in Tailem Bend for Race 4 of the Australian International Pedal Prix series. With many of their team mates absent, they fought hard over the 8 hours to complete as many laps as possible.
Our 16 Pilgrim old scholars represented our team well, with improvements shown in both speed and endurance, and a healthy competition amongst riders spurring the team to higher positions.
We look forward to our final race of the season from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd September in Murray Bridge for the 24hr race.
