A message from the Student Wellbeing Coordinator
Ashley Oehler
As we kick of term 1, we are getting back into routine and learning to balance all the new things 2025 has to offer.
WELCome Sessions
Each term we invite out Westall English Language Students to come to wellbeing for an introduction activity. In this term’s session, we made Wellness ‘Chip’ Packets! Students are encouraged to write kind things so that on a sad day, they can open it up and see some positive vibes.
Lunch time at Wellbeing
Kingston Youth Services come and join us once a week to run activities and games. It’s a great way to connect with students and make new friends! Come past and hang out.
Staff Wellbeing Week
In week 5, we encourage staff wellbeing week to remind staff to take a break and take care. We took a break with a yogurt bar and ice cream on Friday afternoon for staff.
