Final House Event - Wednesday 18th December
Students are able to wear their House Colours on this day as the House Leaders run the final event for the year. Who will win the House Cup this year?
Pyjama Day - Thursday 19th December
Our final SRC fundraiser for the year will take place on Thursday, 19th December. We’re all tired at the end of term, so on the 19th, you don’t even have to get dressed to come to school… You can come in your favourite PJs! You might want to wear Christmas PJs if you celebrate, but any PJs are great.
We are raising money for 300 Blankets, a charity which supports those who are homeless, so don’t forget your gold coin donation!
OHMP (Music) Enrolments Due back by Friday 13th December.
Please return Music Enrolment Forms ASAP to secure your spot! Payment can be made at the office or via direct transfer ("Music 'full name'" in description).
Forms are attached to the newsetter compass post or avail from the office.
End of Year Picnic - Alphington Park Friday 13th December
Stationery Drive
This year, APS is collecting both used and unused stationery donations for Project Stationery, a Melbourne-based volunteer group dedicated to supporting those in need. Please note that there is no need to purchase new items for this donation—simply donate what you already have at home.
Project Stationery redistributes stationery each year to individuals and families who can benefit from these resources. Along with stationery, they also accept craft materials in good condition. However, please refrain from donating glitter or dried-up paints.
Kindly refer to the list of accepted items to ensure your donation meets the requirements. Drop off in the office

Spartan School Uniforms Christmas Holiday Details
Dear School World Family
Please see below the details of our Christmas/Back to School delivery schedule.
Please note there will be no uniform delivery in the last week of Term 4. This is a busy week for both schools and couriers and if the delivery is not made prior to school finishing then there is a risk that orders are lost at the courier depot over the holidays.
- Final Uniform Delivery 2024 – Week 10 2024 - 9th - 13th December 2024
- First Uniform Delivery 2025 – Week 1 2025 - 28th– 31st January 2025
- Orders placed during the break for Delivery to School will be held and sent when school reopens on 28th January.
- Orders for delivery to home will continue to be processed and sent via Australia Post. (Except during our Christmas Closure period from 20th December to 6th January)
- All stores will close at 5.00 pm on Friday 20th December and reopen at 9.00 am Wednesday 8th January. Please check the website for each store’s hours.
- All stores will be open on Australia Day Public Holiday 27th January 2025
