Honoring Our 2024 Grade Six Leaders
As the year draws to a close, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our incredible Grade Six Student Leaders of 2024. Throughout the year, these young individuals have been exceptional role models for our school community. Their positive attitudes and exemplary behavior have set the tone in the playground, the classroom, and during numerous extracurricular events where they proudly represented our school and our school's values.
The dedication and integrity of our leaders have left a lasting impression on our younger students, inspiring them to strive for the same level of respect and responsibility. It has been a privilege to witness their growth and the positive impact they have had on the culture of our school.
Recently, we had the opportunity to interview candidates for our 2025 Student Leadership Team. Sitting on these panels is always a humbling experience as we hear the passion, maturity, and genuine care that these students bring to the role of leadership. It is a reminder of the incredible potential within our school and the bright future that lies ahead for our community.
In the upcoming school assembly, one of my favorite events as Principal, our 2024 Student Leaders will ceremonially hand over their responsibilities to the newly appointed 2025 Leaders. This special occasion includes the presentation of leadership badges, symbolizing the transition of responsibility and the continuation of our school’s legacy of strong, compassionate leadership. It is a touching moment that captures the pride, respect, and unity of our school community.
To our outgoing Grade Six Leaders, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the outstanding example you have set for others. To our incoming leaders, we are excited to support and guide you as you take on this important role. I am confident that you will continue to uphold the values and spirit of our school with enthusiasm and integrity.
Thank you to all parents, staff, and students for your ongoing support of our leadership program. Together, we cultivate an environment where students can grow into confident, capable leaders. I look forward to celebrating this milestone with you all at the assembly.
Regards
