2025 Senior School Mentor and Subject Parent-Teacher Interviews
We hope your family has had a positive start to the 2025 school year. Throughout the year, we are offering parents an opportunity to meet with their child/ren’s Mentor and subject teachers.
Below is the schedule for Senior School Mentor and Subject Teacher Interviews for 2025. There are some changes from previous years, as we trial an in-person Mentor Meet & Greet for our Year 7 & 8 Mentor Groups and include a longer day/afternoon session for subject interviews at the end of Term One. We hope these changes, based on feedback from families and staff, will be helpful to ensure there are ample opportunities for timely and effective communication between teaching staff and families. Information regarding the Mentor Meet and Greet sessions will be sent to you in a welcome email from your child's mentor.

To book an online interview, please use our Parent Access Module in SIMON (PAM). The links below will take you to the Parent Teacher Interview booking options via PAM. In addition, a copy of the instructions on how to book online interviews is attached if required.

Or, go to https://pam.hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au/ and then click on the Parent Teacher Interview TAB located at the top right.
Once you have made a booking, a PDF report of your interview schedule can be produced and printed. At the time of the interview, a link to join the interview will become available in PAM.
We encourage your child to attend the interview with you. You and your child can join the interview on separate devices (e.g., for boarding students) if needed.
