Dear TASK Families, 

We hope you all had a wonderful start of the term! Thank you for your continued support.

We are excited to share some fantastic new programs starting from week 3. 

NEW: Our Daily Clubs-Starting Week 3 

We will be running a special club every afternoon: 

Monday: Netball Club 

Tuesday: Sustainability Club 

Wednesday: Cooking Club 

Thursday: Soccer Club 

Friday: Level up Boxing Workshop 

All clubs included in your usual OOSH fee and will run during our afternoon session. Children of all ages and skills levels are welcome to join in. 

Our Community Project: Homelessness Week 

Please see the attached poster for all the details. We would love for our families to be involved. Parents and carers are warmly welcome to participate with us. Keep an eye out in the center for how you can contribute. 

Important reminders: 

1. Late Pick-up A friendly reminder that our centre closes at 6:00pm sharp. Late pick-ups will incur a late fee penalty as per our policy. We understand that delays can happen, so please call us as soon as possible if you are running late. 

2. Absences-OWNA App If your child/children will be absent from Before/After School Care, please remember to mark them as absent via the OWNA App as early as possible. This helps us with staffing, catering, and ensures the safety of all children. You can also notify us by emailing to carlingfordwest@task kids.com.au
