Principal's Message

I would like to extend my wishes to you all for Christmas and the new year. I hope you all have a very relaxing holiday and you have the opportunity to celebrate with family and friends.

There will be some capital works happening on school grounds over the holidays break. If you are attending OOSH please ensure you keep away from work sites.

The school office will close at 3:45pm today and reopen on Tuesday 27 January at 8:45am. From Tuesday 27 January 2026 all staff will be onsite. The first 4 days will be staff development days. On Friday January 30 the school office will be closed from 9:00am - 12:30pm as all staff will be participating in professional learning. All students return to school on Monday 2 February. 

To support the new NSW Curriculum, we have adjusted our internal bell times. Our start and finish bells will remain unchanged. We have changed to play first so the children can eat lunch and be settled to return to the classroom for learning.

9:20am - 11:10am Morning Session

11:10am - 11:40am Play (no buying from the canteen at this time)

11:40am - 11:50am - Lunch eating. Students will sit with stage groups to eat. Supervised by class teachers (only lunch orders will be available at his time)

11:50am - 1:50pm Middle session

1:50pm - 2:10pm Play (Canteen open for students to buy)

2:10pm - 2:20pm Recess eating (Canteen open for students to buy)

2:20pm - 3:25pm Afternoon session

Classes at this stage remain fluid. Our school student numbers are going down every day. Staff have worked extremely hard to create tentative classes. Please trust their professional  judgement involving class placements. Students will be placed in classes on Monday 2 February.

On Monday 2 February Years 1-6 students will put their school bags outside their 2025 classrooms. 2025 Kinders will place their bags outside the hall facing the kinder playground and move to the top quad to play. We will have a Years 1 to 6 assembly on Monday morning at 9:20am. Students will then move in stage groups to various areas of the school where they will be put into their 2026 classes. The 2026 Kinders will meet on the kinder verandah.
