Our school has a ‘No Hat – No Play’ SunSmart policy, therefore all children are required to wear their school hat to school, at all outdoor sessions and home from school.

Up to Date Information

It is vitally important that the school has the most up to date information in our system. Should you need to update the following..

  • Contact number
  • Home address
  • Email address

Late Attendance

If child/ren arrive at school after 8:45 am they must be signed in by their parent

using the VPass Kiosk.

This will automatically sync late arrivals  directly into nForma roll.

Failure to do this will possibly trigger an SMS to the Parent as an unexplained absence.

The same procedures follow for early leavers.

Thank you for your co-operation.

School Absentee notification

If your child will not be attending school you must notify the office by 9.30am on the day they will be away. The preferred method is to use the Audiri App and the eform Absentee Form.

The other method is to ring the school office on 9551 5094 and choose option 1 to leave a message or send an email to office@saclaytonsth.catholic.edu.au

An SMS will be sent to parents that have not advised the school. This is a legal requirement.

Classroom Requirements

To help us keep our classrooms tidy and school fees as low as possible, we would greatly appreciate it if each student could please bring the following items to their classroom:

  • 2 Boxes of Tissues
  • 1 Roll of Paper Towel
  • 1 Packet of Chux Wipes

Thank you for your ongoing support in keeping our learning spaces well-stocked and ready for the year!

Please send in by Friday 6 February

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to be able to provide Year 3 - 6 students with chromebooks again for 2026.

In order to comply with our Digital Technologies Policy, the school will be issuing students with a Digital Technologies Agreement and request that both your student/s and yourself read through and sign the Agreement and return it promptly to your classroom teacher.

St Andrew’s is also happy to welcome back Marty McGauran and Carley McGauran for an information evening on Cyber Safety and Digital Wellbeing.  The presentation will take place in the St Andrew’s School Hall as per the details below.

We require at least one parent or guardian’s attendance at the evening to ensure you are kept informed (particularly with the latest social media ban in place) as well as in compliance with our Digital Technologies Policy.  Details of the webinar and a QR code to register are found below.

Students will be issued with their Chromebook once the teachers have received the signed form and the attendance from the seminar. We look forward to supporting your child’s digital learning needs.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Parents do have the option of collecting their children for a shortened school day from 1.35pm.  Collection of children assists staff by reducing the number of children being present in the afternoon block.  Please inform your child’s class teacher in writing if you plan to collect your child from school at this early time.

Parents do not need to sign out from the school office on this day.  Your written notification will be a record of student early exits.

It is a short term stopping area for children to be able to walk between the car and the school using the safety of the footpath.

We remind parents that this area is also not a parking space and fines and demerit points apply if the driver leaves the vehicle unattended longer than 2 minutes.
