Opening School Mass

A beautiful celebration today as all our staff and students participated in our 2026 Opening School Mass. Students participated with high level of respect and reverence. Well done to all our helpers and readers. 

We acknowledged our new staff, Year 6 leaders and our classroom candles received a blessing. 

A lovely start to the year together. 

St Joseph's acknowledges that we are learning on Taungurung land and we pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging.

While we participate in being lifelong learners, let us reflect upon the beautiful waterways of the Taungurung land and bring the calming flow of the water into our space and learning.
