School Photos

Our School Photos will be taken on Monday 25 and Wednesday 27 March 2024 by The School Photographer. 

 

Your child is expected to be at school all day on both days, wearing full school uniform. A photo of each student, class and group (e.g. Captains, sport, music ensembles) are scheduled to be taken over the two days. We cannot accommodate any personal, non-school appointments your child may have in the photo schedule; if possible, we recommend changing appointments you have during the school day on 25 and 27 March. 

 

If you have two or more children attending EHPS this year you can also order a sibling photo; older or younger siblings not enrolled at EHPS cannot be included. Sibling photos must be ordered prior to the first photo day (Monday 25 March) so the photo can be added to the photo schedule. Sibling photos are taken from 8am until the start of the school day; therefore you’ll need to be available to be at the Stadium at school by 8am on Monday. Depending on the number of sibling photo orders received, it may be necessary to continue on Wednesday morning, so also be prepared for an 8am arrival on Wednesday if required.

 

ORDER PHOTOS ONLINE before Monday 25 March:

  1. Go to The School Photographer website 
  2. Click on Order 2024 Photos in the yellow "I'm a Parent" box. 
  3. Enter the code – X3046PER54E – to access the EHPS page to view the options available and place your order for individual student, class, and/or sibling photos. 

If you want to order a sibling photo this year, we recommend placing your order not later than Friday 22 March. Sibling photo ordering closes 24 hours before the first photo day on Monday.

 

Individual photos ordered after 25 March may incur a late fee.

 

Group photos (e.g. Captains and sport) will be available to order later in the year.

 

CATCH UP:  There is no planned catch up opportunity at school if your child is absent on either or both of our scheduled school photo days; absent students will have their name recorded on the 2024 class photo. However, if your child will not be at school on the EHPS photo days, but you are available during the upcoming school holidays, The School Photographer offer two catch-up studio sessions during the school holidays at their office in Werribee (it’s a little bit of a drive, but Werribee Open Range Zoo is nearby - great family holiday activity). Catch-up studio session details:

Held on:  Thursday 11 April (afternoon) and Friday 12 April (morning) 

Booking (essential):  online at https://www.trybooking.com/CPMCP (do not email as previously advised); limited sessions, so don't delay if you want to book a session.

Location:  The School Photographer, Unit 5, 49-55 Riverside Avenue, Werribee. 

Catch-up photos taken at these sessions will ensure that your child will have a 2024 school photo and orders will be delivered with those taken on our school photo days. 

 

Ordered photos of students will be delivered about eight weeks after the order date.
