OLA Fete 2024

Dear OLA Families

Welcome to this exciting year of the 'OLA Parish Fete' which will be held on Saturday, 23rd November! For those of you who don’t know us, we are Claire Melican (mum to Beau in Gr 6 and Melanie Power (mum to Kitty in Gr 5) and we are co-chairing this epic event!

In the words of Helen Keller “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”

The OLA Parish Fete is a major community event requiring every family’s involvement throughout the year. Whether you choose to coordinate a role/stall or attend meetings to share ideas, or simply volunteer on the day, there is a job for everyone! 

I hear you say, I would love to help, but unsure in which capacity. Well good news, Mel and I are hosting a cheese & wine info night on Monday 18th March from 7pm in the school community hub, so grab a friend and join us for a drink to ask questions, share ideas and hopefully join our wonderful team! For catering purposes, kindly email your attendance to fete@olacheltenham.catholic.edu.au

SPONSORSHIP & DONATIONS COORDINATOR 

Responsible for reaching out to local businesses and those in our community who are willing and able to donate to our fete, whether that’s in the form of prizes, monetary donations through sponsorship, or exposure for the fete. 

GRAPHIC DESIGN HELP! 

We are looking for a gun graphic designer with some time on their hands to help create the fete theme and all materials for the day
