AFTER SCHOOL CARE NEWS

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY ASC SESSIONS

As our numbers are at licensed capacity for Tuesday and Thursday after school care, 

we would appreciate if you have a permanent booking on those sessions, to notify the service as soon as possible if your child will not be attending eg due to sickness/holiday etc so we can allocate the available spot to other families who are requesting care on those particular days/sessions.

Just a quick reminder being term 1 that children will need a hat when going outdoors. Please pack a spare hat in your child’s bag to have for after school care.

Also if you are authorising another person to collect your child from the service, please advise the service /alternatively you can also fill out an Alternative Collection Form that is available at the service to keep on file for your child.
