Non-Arrival of Children

A reminder to all families that if your child is booked into a session at TeamKids, this means that TeamKids is responsible for the safety and whereabouts of your child. 

When TeamKids staff are unable to locate a child, we:

• Contact the school office to check if the child was at school.
• Call the primary contact on the enrolment form.
• If staff are unable to reach the primary contact or emergency contacts before 4pm, Emergency Services are called as this child is deemed missing.

To avoid this, please send a text message or call the service phone and advise staff of a cancellation.

TeamKids Holiday Program

TeamKids is thrilled to announce that bookings are open for the Autumn Holiday Program.
