Tennis Lessons at FPS
Tennis lessons will again be held on Thursday mornings before school at FPS. The term two program commences Thursday 1 May, from 8:15 – 8:45am.

Free Hearing & Vision Tests – Children Up to 6 Years
The Lions Club of Northcote, in conjunction with the University of Melbourne Audiology and Optometry Departments, has scheduled Hearing and Vision Screening Tests for children 3.5 – 6 years old. Early detection of hearing and vision loss is critical for the development of normal speech and language skills.
Testing is play-based and parents will be informed immediately and referred to their GP if hearing or vision abnormalities are detected.

Social Justice Easter Chocolate Campaign
Did you know that much of the chocolate sold in Australia is made using cocoa beans picked by children, many of whom have been enslaved or forced to work in exploitative conditions? The Easter campaign, by ACRATH, promotes purchasing Easter Chocolate that does not have slavery within the supply chain and encourages people to look for two logos: Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance logos on chocolate wrappers.
