Removing Expired Cards from Compass

If you see old/expired cards when consenting and paying for an event in Compass – good news – you can delete these from your Compass Wallet.

 

Browser/Web Instructions

  • Log into Compass.
  • Hover over the cog icon on the top right hand of the screen.
  • Select 'Wallet'.
  • Under the Payment Methods section, there will be a list of cards saved against the account.
  • Click on the relevant card.
  • The "Remove this card" button will appear.
  • Click on the "Remove this card" button.
  • Click "Yes, remove card" to remove the card. 

 

App Instructions

  • Open the Compass App.
  • Tap on 'More' on the bottom right of the screen.
  • Tap on 'Wallet'.
  • Tap on the 'Payment methods' tab.
  • Click on the delete icon to remove the relevant card/s.
