Removing Expired Cards from Compass
If you see old/expired cards when consenting and paying for an event in Compass – good news – you can delete these from your Compass Wallet.
Browser/Web Instructions
- Log into Compass.
- Hover over the cog icon on the top right hand of the screen.
- Select 'Wallet'.
- Under the Payment Methods section, there will be a list of cards saved against the account.
- Click on the relevant card.
- The "Remove this card" button will appear.
- Click on the "Remove this card" button.
- Click "Yes, remove card" to remove the card.
App Instructions
- Open the Compass App.
- Tap on 'More' on the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap on 'Wallet'.
- Tap on the 'Payment methods' tab.
- Click on the delete icon to remove the relevant card/s.
