Year 4 Maths
It has been a very busy term for the Year 4 students in Maths. We have covered a variety of topics, including Place Value and Additive Thinking. The students focused on the importance of understanding place value to solve addition and subtraction equations.
Additionally, they explored shapes and measuring the length, perimeter and area of shapes using formal units such as centimetres and metres. We have also been focusing on the students' number fluency by playing a range of card games. Have a look at some of these games!
