"A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." Antoine de Saint-Exupéry,
TAS has been a hive of activity already this term with lots of activities up and running already. The Year 9 Child Studies students have begun The RealCare Baby Simulations.
Students are embarking on an exciting and challenging journey with their RealCare Baby Simulation Assessment Task. In this project, students care for a lifelike baby doll that simulates the needs and behaviours of a real newborn.
Students must feed, change, and soothe the baby, respond to its cries and ensure its well-being. This realistic experience helps students understand the responsibilities and demands of caring for a newborn. Throughout the simulation, students will demonstrate their knowledge and skills in baby care, balancing these duties with their daily routines, just like real parents.
We wish all our students the best of luck. Your dedication and effort in this task will equip you with valuable life skills and a deeper understanding of parenthood. Good luck, new "parents"!
