VCE VM

As part of the Year 11 VCE VM course, our students have been undertaking a hospitality certificate. These individuals have enjoyed learning about the hospitality industry, safe food handling practices and they have even undertaken some valuable barista training (which has been of real benefit to the HHS staff).

The photos below show students hard at work preparing some delicious burgers and enjoying the results at the end. We are sure these skills will come in handy at home and in the workplace. Another great learning opportunity.
